ARTIST STATEMENT
I had chosen quality teachers and teaching because without teachers there is no school, when i say no school i mean no curriculum to teach to the students. I found this topic very important because I've made a visual sketch of how quality teachers and teaching should look like. There are four qualities I am going to be explaining in detail, and explaining why I chose the four steps/qualities. The first quality is patience. I put down patience because some students have a nervous problem with asking questions because they are scared or either pride is in the way. A teacher with patience can break that habit of the student by showing gratitude,being gentle , and understanding. Positive attitude is what i'm going to be talking about next, i picked positive attitude because good attitude teachers make a huge impact on us students and how we function with them. It's also less stressful and will make the teaching go by way quick and successful. Emotional support is important as well, having and creating a bond with students if they see that the student is in distress. This helps the quality of teaching because students should feel comfortable with their teachers. Last one is instruction quality, this tends to be an issue if the instructions are not coming off understandable towards the student. It's important because when the instructions are clear the questions asked frequently will shorten because it's understandable, easy both students and the teachers will both be successful. The reason I've picked these four qualities is because it's literally the definition of quality teachers and teaching. I say that because every teacher has to have all four in order for the outcome to only result in good results. Of course it may be mistakes but it's most definitely always fixable
