SESSION I: PROJECT DESIGN!
This session will introduce teams to each other, and facilitate a series of exercises to confirm the social problem each team will focus on, explore the root causes of that problem and define what measurable solution is needed to address the problem and/or its key root causes.
1:00 - 2:30PM
SESSION 2: FROM DESIGN TO ACTIONABLE PROPOSAL TO PITCH!
In this session, teams will focus on breaking down the larger solution to select a key idea for change to test, designing a plan to test the change and preparing their pitch for the judges. Teams will be encouraged to connect between this session and the next to practice their pitch.

2:00 - 3:00PM
SESSION 3: LIVE PITCH DAY!
Teams will have 3 minutes each to pitch their ideas to a panel of judges with backgrounds in philanthropy, policy, and corporate investment with a live public audience on YouTube.
3:30 - 4:00PM
SESSION 4: WINNING ANNOUNCEMENTS!
Judges will have scored and deliberated and will be ready to announce the winning team! Team winners will receive prizes, however, any team who is motivated to implement their project in 2021-22 will be connected with the resources to do so
